• Verification data — such as ID or certification documents when you choose to submit them for account or coach features; and
• Technical and usage data — such as device/browser information, IP address, logs, cookies or similar technologies, and how you interact with the Service (including for security and abuse prevention).

• provide session, tournament, queue, booking, live display, and related features;

We do not sell your personal information. Club hosts who access player or session data through the Service must use that data only for legitimate club operations and in line with applicable law and our Terms of Use—not to build competing products or for unauthorized marketing.

4. Club hosts and organizers

If you are a club host or organizer, you may access player and session information for your club. You are responsible for using that access lawfully, keeping credentials secure, and not exporting or disclosing data except as needed to run your club through the Service or as required by law.

5. Retention

We retain information as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and support legitimate business and security needs. Retention periods may vary by data type and club configuration.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please protect your account credentials and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). Do not submit personal information of children except where a parent/guardian or authorized club operator does so lawfully for legitimate club participation.

We may process and store information in the Philippines and in other countries where we or our providers operate. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to those locations.
