Pay via GCash using the QR or number shown in-app, then upload a payment screenshot from Account, Club Settings, or your venue admin flow. A PickleStax admin verifies and unlocks access.
For Monthly and Tier 3, annual billing is 10 months priced (2 months free), paid once for the year via GCash proof. Tier 1 remains a one-time registration fee.
Clubs on Monthly or Tier 3 get 24/7 support via email and chat. Court owners can reach us through the contact channel for venue onboarding and ops.
No. Tournament Mode is pay-per-use. Buy a livestream credit (Semifinals & Finals, or all-games). One credit runs one tournament; it is used when that tournament ends.
Contact PickleStax to onboard your venue. You get booking, guest flows, earnings/reporting, and optional cafe/gear commerce. Platform booking fee is charged per booked hour. POS and marketing blasts are available upon request with an additional charge.
